• Photocopy of Birth Certificate along with original for verification
• 1 passport size photograph of each parent (Father / Mother)
• Caste Certificate (if SC / ST / OBC)
• Bonafide Certificate of current school (Class Nursery to IX) – Original
• Midterm report card required at the time of admission (for Class II & above)
• Final term report card & Transfer/School Leaving Certificate (required at a later stage, applicable for Classes II to XII)
• Aadhaar Card of Mother, Father, and Student
• Medical Fitness Certificate from an M.B.B.S. Doctor
• Please fill the Admission Form according to supporting Government records / previous school Transfer Certificate details
• In case of the death of any one parent, a copy of the Death Certificate is mandatory
• In case of separation, a copy of court custody papers is mandatory
• In case of a single parent, legal documents certifying the same are mandatory
