Admission is open to all classes from Pre-Nursery to Class IX and XI at Avalon World School, Dabhoi.

The eligibility criterion for various classes is based on the age of the child. For the forthcoming academic year, the applicant's age as on 1st April 2026, as recorded in the birth certificate will determine the eligibility for admission to a particular class.

The Registration Form, duly filled in all respects, should be submitted to the school along with the required documents and Registration Fees in cash within three days of purchase of forms.

• Registration Form is not transferable and only the form, issued by the school should be used for the registration of your child.
• Parents are requested to go through the Prospectus and Admission Information Booklets carefully before filling the Registration Form.
• Incomplete or illegible Registration Form will not be accepted.
• The applications will be scrutinised and only those found complete in all respects will be considered for admission.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission

• 2 Passport size photographs of student
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate along with original for verification
• 1 Passport size photograph of each parent (Father / Mother)
• Caste Certificate If SC / ST / OBC
• Bonafide Certificate of current school (Class Nur to IX) - Original
• Aadhaar Card of Mother, Father and Student
• Medical Fitness Certificate from M.B.B.S. Doctor
• Please fill the Admission Form according to supporting Government Records / Previous School Transfer Certificate details
• In case of death of any one parent, copy of Death Certificate is mandatory.
• In case of separation, copy of court custody papers is mandatory.
• In case of single parent, legal documents certifying the same are mandatory.

• We cover main trunk and feeder routes. Specific bus routes will depend on demand and will be determined at the beginning of each academic year. The school reserves the right to fix and/or change bus routes as may be necessary from time to time. Parents will be duly informed about the bus routes before classes commence.

• Payment of School Fees is to be made only through crossed cheque/debit & credit cards/online transfer.
• The amount deposited towards registration and admission for a particular year is neither refundable nor transferable to any other year. Fresh registration will be required if the child is to be given admission for a subsequent year.
